Return Policy
Email for approval. A request for return must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. Approved returns must be received within 15 days following approval. Please note that all shipping costs related to the return of any items are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Method
We ship your package through US Postal Service Priority Mail (domestic) and Global Priority Mail (international). We find this method the most cost and time effective. Approximately delivery time is 2-3 business days for US domestic shipments and 6-10 business days for international shipments to over 190 countries and territories worlwide. Please note that tracking is not available for international orders.
Shipping Prices
The shipping price will appear once you checkout and enter the shipping address. We reserve the right to alter shipping prices without notice.
Custom and Import Duties
For International shipments you may be required to pay additional customs or import duties when the package reaches your country. These charges are not in our control nor can we predict what they may be. Import and customs policies differ from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Days
We have indicated the approximate shipping days. Please note that the estimated days are from the day we ship your order, not the day we receive your order. We make every effort to process your order as fast as we possibly can. We generally require 1 - 2 days to process your order and prepare the shipment.
General Shipping Notes
All shipments are uninsured. Insurance is available at cost and rates will be quoted upon request.
Post office boxes are OK for all countries unless you make a special request for a courier service.
